IMPORTS AND EXPORTS DEPARTMENT.
No. 378. The Superintendent of Imports and Exports is prepared in approved cases to issue permits for removal to the Imports and Exports Office of dutiable tobacco which arrives in the Colony for transhipment and export and cannot at once he placed direct on board the exporting vessel.
In ordinary circumstances the maximum period for which dutiable tobacco covered by any permit as above may remain at the Imports and Exports Office will be three days; all such dutiable tobacco will be entirely at owner's risk.
