NOTE:The effect of the above regulations is to amend and consolidate the regulations made under the Post Office Ordinance, 1926. The Regulations in Government Notification No. 337 of 1926 (Gazette of 25th June, 1926) remain in force except as amended by Government Notification No. 553 of 1926 (Gazette of 8th October, 1926) and above regulations.

No. 330.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 7 of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, Ordinance No. 5 of 1912, appointed Saturday, the 4th day of June, 1927, to be observed as a General Holiday.

It is further notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to exclude the Police Magistrates' Departments from the operation of the Holidays Ordi- nance, 1912, Ordinance No. 5 of 1912, upon the said 4th day of June, 1927.
