EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 200.- It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 10th February, 1927, published in the Gazette of the 11th February, 1927, as Government Notification No. 73, proclaim- ing Vladivostock to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Table L,
Quarantine Regulations.
It is hereby proclaimed by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Bangkok is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevails.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emergency Regu- lations Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 5 of 1922, on the 7th day of April, 1927.
The regulations relating to the Prevention of Disorder which were published in the Gazette of the 28th January, 1927, as Notification No. 39, are amended by the addition of the following regulation at the end thereof
6. It shall be lawful for a magistrate, upon such notice (if any) as he shall think fit, to order to be forfeited any thing whatsoever which may appear to belong to any proscribed organization, whether proscribed before or after the coming into operation of this regulation. Any thing so forfeited shall be disposed of in such manner as the Captain Superintendent of Police may direct.
