No. 162.—His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint under section 2 of the German Missions Trustees Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 9 of 1923, the Rev. CHARLES BRODIE SHANN to be one of the German Missions Trustees, during the absence from the Colony of the Right Reverend CHARLES RIDLEY Duppuy.

No. 163.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. PHILIP JACKS to act as Puisne Judge, until further notice, with effect from the 16th March, 1927.

Six per cent. War Loan of 1916.
No. 167.-Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the War Loan Ordinance, 1916, a drawing of Bonds for redemption will take place on Monday, the 11th day of April, 1927, at 10 a.m. at the Colonial Treasury, when Bonds of Series E, of the nominal value of $10,000 each, to the total nominal value of $2,100,000 will be drawn.
