CONDITIONS.
1. No Chinese wines or spirits shall be sold by retail directly or indirectly to persons other than Chinese.
2. No wines or spirits other than Chinese wines and spirits shall be sold under this licence.
3. Any change in the place of business shall be forthwith reported at the nearest police station.

Schedule B.
The fee for a Chinese wine and spirit shop licence shall be $25, payable half-yearly in advance, subject however to the following proportionate scale:
