The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.
No. 135. It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of the properties known as Tsat Tze Mui Village Houses Nos. 5 and 68 is constituted as follows:

Lieut.-Col. FREDERICK EAVES, D.S.O., Assistant Land Officer, nominated by His
Excellency the Governor.

LAWRENCE GIBBs, Esquire, A.M.I.C.E., nominated by the Chairman on behalf
of the owner.
It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Monday, the 14th day of March, 1927, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, at his Chambers, Courts of Justice, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.
Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary, for transmission to the Board, a written claim stating the nature of his or her right or interest in the properties and the amount sought to be recovered.
