(a) "Meeting" includes every assembly, gathering, celebration, service and
ceremony, whether open to the public or not, and every procession. (b) "Seditious matter" has the same meaning as in the Seditious Publications Ordinance, 1914, and "seditious utteranceS means utterances which if reduced to writing would be seditious matter.

The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.
No. 134. With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency the Governor of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of com- pensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of the properties known as Tsat Tze Mui Village Houses Nos. 5 and 68 published in the Gazette of the 4th February, 1927, as Notification No. 64, and the owner having failed within seven days from the date of such publication to nominate a member to represent him or her on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint LAWRENCE GIBBS, Esquire, A.M.I.C.E, to be a member of the said Board on behalf of such owner.
