PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF EPIDEMIC, ENDEMIC, CONTAGIOUS OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE BY-LAW.-The Colonial Secretary moved the approval of the amendment of the Prevention and Mitigation of Epidemic, Endemic, Contagious or Infectious Disease By-law made by the Sanitary Board on the 14th day of December, 1926, under section 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903.
The Attorney General seconded.

REPORTS OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Reports of the Finance Committee (Nos. 10, 11, 12 and 13), dated the 22nd November, 9th, 23rd and 28th December, 1926, respectively, and moved their adoption.
