The rainfall for the month of December at the Botanical Gardens was 0in. 16}on 5 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 0in. 16 on 2 days. No rain fell at Taipo.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ius. '912 at 16h. on the 14th.
The maximum squall velocity, as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was
at the rate of 39 miles per hour at 4h. 30m. on the 19th.
