Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that Pierre Astier of Nos. 41 to 47, Rue du Docteur Blanche, Paris, France, Chemist, has, on the 27th day of July, 1926, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

(ARHEO華萊亞
in the name of Pierre Astier, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Marks are intended to be used in Hong Kong, in respect of Pharmaceutical Products in Class 3.
The applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the word Kola", in No. 1 of the above marks.
Representations of the marks are deposited for inspection at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
