Notice is hereby given that the S.S. Isshin Maru reports having sighted a derelict pontoon, or capsized Junk, in a position from which Tsaofeitien Light bears N. 45° W. about 10 miles. Mariners are warned accordingly.

HARBOUR NOTIFICATION.

No. 23 of 1926.

Re-arrangement of Moorings. Work about to be commenced.

Notice is hereby given that work on the re-arrangement of head and stern_mooring Luoys in Shanghai Harbour will be commenced early in November, entailing the laying of new moorings and the removal of existing moorings to new positions.

The dredgers and floating sheerlegs used in connection with this work will inevita- bly be obstructions in the fairway, demanding additional care on the part of those direct- ing the movements of vessels over the waters of the harbour.
