OTICE is hereby given in accordance
with Section 3 of Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, that by an Agreement dated the 23rd day of October, 1926, and made between Karim Baksh, Malak Chan!. Dáryão an Hashinatrai Pritam, trading as " The Indian Stores ”, all of Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Mers chants, thereinafter and hereinafter callel "the Vendors"), of the one part and the said Malak Chand of the other part the Vendors azreed to sell to the said Malak Chand for the g consideration therein mentioned all that the goodwill and assets including book-debts of The business now carried on by the Vendors at No. 46, Queen's Road East. that the nature of the business carried on and to be carried on by the said Malak Chand is that of Indian Grocers.
AND NOTICE IS FORTHER GIVEN that the said Malak Chand intends to carry on the business of "The Indian Stores" at the said premises No. 46, Queen's Road East aforesaid AND THAT the debts of the said business of The Indian Stores are by the said Agree- ment to be paid by the said Malak Chand,
