No. S. 280.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Leather Boots and Shoes for Chinese Revenue Officers, etc.", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 23rd day of October, 1926, for the supply of the undermentioned boots and shoes for the Chinese Revenue Officers, etc., viz. :-

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

POLICE DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 281.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Leather Shoes for Water Police" will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, 29th October, 1926, for the supply of the undermentioned shoes for the Water Police, viz.:
More or less-200 Pairs Leather Shoes.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
A sample of the shoes should be submitted with the tender.
