CONFIRMED the 10th September, 1926.

OTICE is hereby given that at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of The Kai Tack Motor Bus Company, Limited, duly con- vened and held at the Hang Fa Lau Restaurant of No. 325, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 26th day of August, 1926, the following Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 10th day of September, 1926, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution accordingly, víz:—

"That it has been proved with satisfac- tion of this Meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and Mr. Un Pak Leung and Mr. Li Chin Nam, be and they are hereby appointed liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up".
