Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Representative of the Foreign Consular Body have declared the Port of Wuchow to be infected with Cholera.

All vessels arriving therefrom either at Canton after this date are to be governed by the Sanitary Regulations for the Port of Canton with modifications as noted below.
