Cycle Company, Limited, of the Raleigh Works, Farady Road, Lenton, Nottingham, England, & Company organised and registered under the Laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Manufacturers, have, on the 22nd day of June, 1926, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz: --
in the name of the said The Cairo-it Cigarette Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof,
Trade Mark No. 1, has been used by the Applicants since December, 1925, in respect of Tobacco and Cigarette in Class 45.
Trade Mark No. 2, is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Tobacco and Cigarette in Class 45.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the words "The Worlds' Best", in Trade Mark No. 1 and "Yellow Packing" in English and Chinese in Trade Mark No. 2.
