TOTICE is hereby given that Saccharin-Fabrik Aktiengesellschaft vorm Fahlberg, List and Company, of Magdeburg Sud-ost in the Republic of Germany, have, on the 17th day of February, 1926, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :--

in the name of Saccharin-Fabrik Aktiengesellschaft vorm Fahlberg, List and Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Marks have been used by the applicants as to No. 1, since 1887; as to No. 2, since 1909 and as to No. 3, since 1922, in respect of the following substances :-
As to marks Nos. 1 and 2, (a) in respect of Chemical Substances and Products used in manufactures, industries and science in Class 1; (b) in respect of Insecti- cides, Disinfectants and other Chemical Substances used for agricultural,. horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes in Class 2 and (c) in respect of Plasters, Bandages, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Drugs and preparations and other chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3. As to trade mark No. 3 in respect of Benzoic-acid-sulphinid an artificial sweetening substance in Class 42.
