Court made in the above action the Creditors of the Shing Chai Tong Tung Kee Firm, which formerly carried on business as Druggists at No. 180 Queen's Road Central, and was dissolved by a Judgment in the above action dated the 24th day of March, 1926, are required to serve on John Hennessey Seth of No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central, the Receiver appointed in this action, notice of their names, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts and the nature of the securities if any, held by them within fourteen days from the date hereof or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from any benefit in the distribution of the assets of the said firm.
