TOTICE is hereby given that Sächsische Wollgarnfabrik Aktiengesellschaft vormals Tittle & Krüger, a joint stock company organized under the the laws of the German Empire, doing business at Plagwitz near Leipzig, State of Saxony, Germany, Manufacturers, have, on the 30th day of June, 1925, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

in the name of Sächsische Wollgarnfabrik Aktiengesellschaft vormals Tittel & Krüger, who claim to be the proprietors thereof,
The above trade mark is intended to be used in Class 33 in respect
