(4) Once a money order, telegraph money order, postal order or postal note has been paid to any person by an officer of the Post Office, or by an officer of any other postal authority, British or foreign, all liability of the Government in respect of such money order, telegraph money order, postal order or postal note shall cease and determine, and, except in the case of fraud or wilful misbehaviour, no officer of the Post Office shall, after such payment, be liable in respect of such money order, telegraph money order, postal order or postal

note.

12. 13.-(1) It shall be lawful for the Colonial Secretary Warrant of to grant a warrant authorising the Postmaster General, Colonial or authorising any of or all the officers of the Post Secretary for
