NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended
to declare a first dividend in the above matter, and Creditors, WHO HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, are required on or before the THIRTY- FIRST day of MAY, 1926, to send their names and addresses, and. the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the UNDERSIGNED, the Liquidator of the said Company, and are also required by their Solicitors, or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Office of the Official Receiver, Supreme Court, between the hours of 10 a.m. aud 4 p.m. or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
