No. S. 71.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Leather Boots and Shoes for Chinese Revenue Officers, &c.", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 19th day of March, 1926, for the supply of the undermentioned boots and shoes for the Chinese Revenue Officers, &c., viz.:-

No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

No. S. 72.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Summer Uniform for Revenue Officers, &c.", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 19th day of March, 1926, for the supply and making up of the undermentioned Summer Uniform for the Imports and Exports Department, viz.:—

4 Suits blue dungarees for Firemen.
4 Suits blue dungarees for Seamen.
2 Caps and 2 white cap covers for Seamen.
8 Suits blue dungarees for Chinese Revenue Officer, Seamen.
16 Suits white uniforms for Messengers.
4 Suits pongee silk for Female Chinese Revenue Officers.
17 Blue Silk Pugarce for European Revenue Officers. 100 Blue Cotton Pugaree for Chinese Revenue Officers.
White Drill, Khaki Drill and Blue Dungarees will be supplied from the Imports aud Exports Department. The tenderer must specify the amount of white drill, khaki drill and blue dungarees that will be required for each suit.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
