Cebu Harbor-New Buoy Established-Lauis Ledge Light— Characteristic and Arc of Visibility Changed-San Pedro Light- Characteristic Changed to Fixed Green.

The following changes in aids to navigation has been effected :-

1. A red nun buoy, second class, has been anchored to mark the edge of the 63 fathoms shoal, about 250 meters, bearing N. 51° W., from Lauis Ledge Light.

2. The characteristic and arc of visibility of Lauis Ledge Light have been changed and is now showing a white flash every second, visible only over an arc of 239° from N. 56° W. to S. 4° W.

3. In order to avoid confusion between the lights of San Pedro and San Nicolas for the vessels entering Cebu from the southern entrance, the characteristic of the light on the southeast angle of Fort San Pedro has been changed to fixed green, and in order that there will be no confusion between this light and the one in Opon its visibility has been reduced to four miles.

Luzon-North Coast-Cape Engaño-

Correction to Notice to Mariners No. 697,

dated September 23, 1925.

The characteristic of the Fourth Order Light at Cape Engaño has been arranged as follows:-

Lightning flashing white; shows every 20 seconds a group of three flashes, thus: one flash separated by two intervals of 8 seconds and followed by two flashes of three seconds interval.
