Merchants' Tobacco Company, Limited, NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Pedro Francis Fladgate Guimaraens, Frederico Alexandre Guimaraens and George Pearson Guimaraens, trading in co-partner- ship, under the style or firm, of M. P. Gui- maraens and Son, of 8, The Cresecent, Minories, London, England, Wine Shipper, on the 26th day of August, 1925, applied for the registra- tion in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marke, vis:--

in the name of the said China Merchatns' Tobacco Company, Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Tobacco whether manufactured or unmanufactured in Class 45.
