in the name of the Nestle and Anglo Swiss Condensed Milk Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants as follows :-
As to Trade Marks (1), (2), and (3) in respect of Milk, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, Sterilised Milk, Skimmed Milk, Cream, Sterilised Cream and all other manufactures of Milk.
As to Trade Marks (4) and (5) in respect of Milk Food and as to Trade Marks (6) and (7) in respect of Chocolate, Cocoa, confectionery and all food preparations containing chocolate or cocoa.
All in Class 42.
Trade Mark No. (3) is associated with Trade Mark No. 148 A and B of 1896 and Trade Marks (1) (2) (4) (5) (6) and (7) are associated with one another and with Trade Mark No. 69a of 1899. Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and of the Undersigned.
