NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Bradley & Company, Limited, of No. 1, Princes Buildings, Chater Road,

Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have, on the 28th day of September, 1925, applied

for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz :-

in the name of the said Messrs. Bradley & Company, Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Woollens, in Class 34 since March, 1919. Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Woollens, in Class 34 since May, 1925. Trade Mark No. 3 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Woollen Yarns, in Class 33 since July, 1924. Trade Marks No. 4 and No. 5 are intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Woollens, in Class 34. Applicants disclaim the right of the use of all the Chinese Characters except :-

(鉸剪 牌) in Trade Mark No. 1. (雙鉸剪牌) in Trade Mark No. 2.

(火車牌) in Trade Marks Nos. 3 and 4.
