No. 654.-Under section 113 of the Companies Ordinances, 1911 and 1925, it is hereby notified for general information that, in addition to those already notified, the following person has made application to be appointed auditor for the purposes of the Companies Ordinances, 1911 and 1925, and that he is, in my opinion, qualified to perform the duties required by the said Ordinances to be performed by an auditor:-

It is hereby notified for general information that the Postal Adminis- trations of the Straits Settlements and Federated Malay States, have decided by virtue of the provision of the following Sections of Article 34 of the Convention of Stockholm to prohibit the exchange of Clubbed Packages with Hong Kong as from 1st January, 1927,
viz:
Article 34.
Section 3.-Letters may not contain any letter, note or document addressed to
a person other than the addressee or a person living with him.
Section S.-Apart from the exceptious prescribed by the Convention and its Detailed Regulations, articles which do not fulfil the conditions
laid down are not to be forwarded.
