An invoice may be required for each commercial parcel or consign- ment of commercial parcels for the same address, and senders are recommended to satisfy themselves as to the need for fulfilling this requirement before parcels are posted.
Compensation is not payable for damage to parcels containing liquids, liquefiable substances, or glass or other brittle articles.
Delivery: Addressees are notified of arrival of parcels and are required to arrange for their collection.
