Restrictions apply to the importation, of: Jewellery and precious stones; pharma- ceutical preparations; plants and parts of plants.
Packing and marking: Parcels containing films or celluloid, manufactured or not, must bear a label clearly marked Celluloid.
Import licence: A licence, to be obtained by the addressee in advance, is required for goods of all kinds imported into Spanish West Africa unless they have been specifically declared exempt or are not considered by the Spanish Customs Authorities to constitute a commercial despatch.
Address: Parcels are accepted only for Sidi Ifni, Villa Bens, Villa Cisneros and for surface transmission only to Güera.
Delivery: Addressees are notified of arrival of parcels and are required to arrange for their collection.
