Parcels for members of H.M. Forces using the addresses B.A.O.R., British Forces Post Offices 19, 31, 37, 40, 43, or 45 or for their wives and families or for members of civilian organizations (except the United Kingdom High Commission in Germany) or for civilian personnel who are entitled to use the above military addresses, may not contain cigars, cigarettes, tobacco or tobacco products, coffee or coffee products, or tea or tea products.

This prohibition does not apply to parcels for the United Kingdom High Commission in Germany; but an addressee may receive per month in gift parcels not more than 600 cigarettes, 2 lb. tobacco, 2 lb. (net weight) of coffee or coffee products and 2 lb. (net weight) of tea or tea products.

Subject to the preceding specific regulations regarding tobacco, coffee, tea, and their products, parcels bearing the addresses B.A.O.R., British Forces Post Offices 19, 31, 37, 40 43, or 45 and containing foodstuffs are not subject to the Western German import regulations which require that certain commodities, such as cocoa chocolate, must be accompanied by other goods.
