Invoice: An invoice is required for every parcel or signment of parcels posted at the same time to one addressee. The invoice should be sent under separate cover to the addressee; it should be certified by the Chamber of Commerce or by two business men of good repute whose signatures should in turn be certified by a public functionary. An invoice may, however, be dispensed with where the contents of the parcel (or parcels) do not exceed 49 dollars (Peruvian) or the equvialent thereof in value; but a commercial invoice must then be forwarded with the parcel (or parcels) and the relative charges will be levied on delivery.
