saccharine and similar substances; silver coin, spirits; weights and mea sures not of the decimal system.

SEALING parcels should be sealed with a distinctive device.

INSURANCE only to Anécho, Atakpamé, Lama-Kara, Lomé, Palimé, Sansané-

Mango and Sokodé.

PROHIBITIONS: letters; spirits over 1 pint in quantity, or packed with other goods; tobacco, cigars, cigarettes and snuff in any form packed with other goods.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of plants and parts thereof. COMPENSATION is not payable.

PROHIBITIONS: letters (except one for the addressee); arms, except under permit; goods bearing the name or trade-mark of a firm in the British Empire unless the country of origin is clearly indicated.
