ADDRESS on parcels must include the words NORTHERN RHODESIA. MAXIMUM value per parcel : $800.
PACKING: waterproof covers should be used for parcels for places not on the Northern Rhodesia railway line, especially during the months October to May inclusive.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS must bear the actual signature of the sender or his deputy and must show the current value of the finished articles in the open market at the time of despatch. COMPENSATION is not payable.
