PROHIBITIONS: letters; auiline dyes, except in crystals; corks, labels, capsules, and so on, bearing the marks of non-Estonian commercial houses not sent with the goods to which they relate; military weapons, except under per- mit; playing cards. RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of bees; pharmaceutical preparations;

meat; wireless telegraph apparatus.

The importation of many other articles is subject to the production of a certificate of origin and of an import permit which must be obtained by the addressees in advance.

ADDRESS: names of streets and places in addresses should be those officially

recognised in Estonia.

PACKING: parcels sent via Germany must be very strongly packed and must

be sealed.

DESPATCH PAPERS: separate set for each parcel.

PROHIBITIONS: letters; spirits.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms and of tobacco in any form. SEALING parcels should be sealed with a distinctive device.

INVOICE: a certified invoice should accompany each parcel.

PACKING: parcels of which the contents are liable to be affected by damp

should be enclosed in two waterproof wrappers.

DELIVERY charges are collected from the addressees.

COMPENSATION is not payable.

INVOICE: an invoice or, in the case of non-commercial parcels, a statement prepared by the sender giving particulars of the nature, quantity and value of the contents must be forwarded with each parcel, attached to the relative despatch note.
