PROHIBITIONS: letters (except one for the addressee); arms and parts of arms,

except for Government service or under permit.

INSURANCE only as far as Berbera. Insured parcels for other places must be marked by the sender To BE INSURED AS FAR AS THE SERVICE PERMITS. DELIVERY: parcels are accepted for any place; but delivery is confined to

Berbera, Borama, Burao, Erigavo, Hargeisa, Sheikh and Zeilah.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms and parts of arms.

PROHIBITIONS: letters; arms (except sporting weapons and pistols admitted under permit); coin of silver, copper or nickel; farinaceous products; playing cards; quinine; saccharine; worn clothing and boots intended for sale.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of cigarette papers; dyes; medicines ;

plants and parts of plants; white paper.

INVOICE, or a copy, must be enclosed in the parcel.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS should show the actual value of the goods and their

value as increased by the cost of transmission and insurance.

INVOICE: à certified invoice giving a full description of the contents and value and indicating the country of origin must accompany each parcel contain- ing cotton or rayon textiles exceeding $16 in value.

COMPENSATION is not payable for damage by water to parcels conveyed by

carrier.
