PROHIBITIONS: letters; coin of bronze, copper or nickel not legal tender in Belgium, except obsolete coins for collections; saccharine and similar pro- ducts unless for authorised chemists and under 100 grammes in weight; spirits or spirituous liquors in less quantities than two litres. RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms; cut flowers, foodstuffs and
fresh fruit; silk thread and silk tissues; woollen goods.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS should be prepared in French as well as in English and as far as possible in accordance with the Belgian Customs Tariff classification.
DELIVERY: parcels are delivered by the railway authorities and if intended to
be called for must be addressed EN GARE, not POSTE RESTANTE,

Celluloid, films and other inflammable articles must be packed in hermetically
sealed cases.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms; spirits. INVOICE: A Consular invoice, signed by a Bolivian consul is required for each
parcel or consignment of parcels value at more than 100 bolivianos. I may be sent separately or enclosed in a parcel. If enclosed in a parcel, the Customs declaration should be noted CONSULAR INVOICE ENCLOSED. the consignment consists of several parcels, they should be numbered by the sender 1, 2, 3, and so on, and the invoice enclosed in parcel No. 1, the Customs declaration relating to that parcel being noted accordingly, and those relating to the other parcels, CONSULAR INVOICE IN PARCEL No. 1. CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS should show the weight of parcels in grammes. COMPENSATION is not payable.
PROVINCE OF BENI: the principal places served are Riberalta, Trinidad and
Villa Bella.
