PROHIBITIONS: letters; arms (other than sporting guns) except under permit;

celluloid; cotton seed, except under permit.

PROHIBITIONS: letters; bearer bills, and so on, over five francs in value except in insured parcels; and bullion, coin; oilskins and similar oiled goods. RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of : arms; saccharine and similar

products.

MEDICINES should be accompanied by a certificate from the Minister for the

Colonies, Brussels.

INVOICES must be forwarded with commercial parcels, attached to the relative

despatch notes. One invoice is sufficient for each consignment of parcels.

PACKING: strong wooden or tin boxes, or covers of strong canvas or linen

securely sewn, should be used.

DELIVERY: Charges for inland conveyance beyond the offices of entry are

levied on delivery.
