ADDRESS. Packets containing articles of celluloid must bear a white label with the word CELLULOID in black letters. See also page 96. CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS. In the case of insured letters and registered packets (including registered small packets) sent under the green label system, a Customs declaration form must, in addition to the green label, be securely attached to the outside of the packet.
PROHIBITIONS. Bank-notes, coin, currency notes, documents payable to bearer, gold, jewellery, platinum, precious stones, silver.
PROHIBITIONS. Letters, circulars, and SO on, relating to
emigration, except from authorised agents. RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of medicines and
tobacco.
The importation of mortgage bonds, revenue drafts, share certificates, Treasury bills, and so on, is prohibited without special permission of the National Bank of Hungary. The prohibition extends to coupons relating to such securities, other than matured dividend and interest coupons.

GREEN LAPEL SERVICE. Packets sent by the green label service must be accompanied by a certified invoice or one must be produced by the addressee.
