Air Mails.

Imperial and Foreign:

The general regulations of the air mail are shown. on pages 58 to 63.

Articles for the Blind.

For the transmission, Inland, Imperial and For- eign of papers of any kind, periodicals, and books, impressed in Braille or other special type for the use of the blind.

POSTAGE RATE:-

3 cents for each two pounds or part of two pounds. Limit of weight 11 lbs.

Business Relpy Cards and Envelopes.

INLAND ONLY.

This service enables a person or firm to receive cards or letters from clients without prepayment of postage, the postage being paid by the addressee on each card or letter delivered.

Commercial Papers.

For transmission Inland, Imperial and Foreign.

Rate of postage:

25 cents for the first ten ounces and 5 cents for each additional two ounces or part of two

ounces.

Limit of weight Inland and Imperial 5 lbs. ;

Foreign 4 lbs,

Insurance.

INLAND.

Insurance rates:

50 cents for every $300 of insured value or part thereof, with a maximum insured value of $3000.

Imperial and Foreign:

50 cents for every $300 of insured value or part thereof. The maximum varies in different countries. See tables on pages 125 to 215.
