A special delivery fee is payable by the addressee on parcels for places beyond the

Parcels addressed to the Indian Post Offices on the Persian Gulf and in Turkish Arabia, mentioned in column 1, can be accepted for insurance No only as far as Bombay, compensation is given for the damage of marble models, col· lections of butterflies and moths, and other exceptionally fragile articles. If books and photographs are enclosed in a parcel with other articles their value should be shown separate- ly in the Customs Declaration. The net weight of the contents of parcels of tobacco, cigars, and cigarettes, and in the case of cigars and cigarettes the actual number also should be clearly indicated on the Cus- toms declaration.
