CONCLUSION
100. This has been yet another year of increases in practically all our activities. The rapid expansion of traffic in the mail sections plus the provision of new offices requiring a nucleus of experienced staff has presented many problems and will continue to do so. For the manner in which staff of all grades have faced the problems as they arose and the honest and hardworking way in which they have carried out their duties I must, in concluding this report, record my appreciation.
