CONTRAVENTION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE
42. There were 103 successful prosecutions during the year, including 13 cases of illegal transmitters, procuring fines up to $3,000. The remaining cases involving unlicensed broad- cast receivers resulted in fines of between $5 and $75.00 in most
cases.
EXAMINATIONS
43. Examinations for the Postmaster General's Certificates of proficiency in Wireless Telegraphy were again conducted at the Hong Kong Technical School by arrangement with the Hon. Director of Education, with the following results: -
