INVESTOR RELATIONS
During the year ended 31 December 2013, there has not been any change in the Company's constitutional
documents.
The Board proposed to amend the Company's existing articles of association (the "Articles") for the purpose of, among others, bringing them in line with the new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, which came into effect on 3 March 2014. In view of
the substantial number of amendments proposed to be
made in the existing Articles, the Board proposed that a new
set of Articles, consolidating all the proposed amendments, be adopted to replace the existing Articles (the "Proposed Adoption"), with effect from the date of passing of the
relevant special resolution at the 2014 AGM. The Proposed Adoption will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders by way of a special resolution to be proposed at the 2014
AGM, A circular containing, among others, the notice of the
2014 AGM which contains the full text of the new set of
Articles under the Proposed Adoption has been despatched
to the Shareholders together with this annual report.
