在第(b)及(c)分段之規限下,一般性及
無條件批准本公司董事會在有關期間行 使本公司所有權力,以在香港聯合交易
所有限公司之證券上市規則所載之條件

(b) 本公司董事會根據第(a)分段之批准而
可購買之股本面值總額,不得超過本決
議案獲通過當日本公司已發行股本面值
總額百分之十,而上述批准應以此為
限;
(C) 本公司董事會根據第(a)分段之批准而 可購買之認股權證所附之認購權總額不
得超過本決議案獲通過當日本公司所有
尚未行使之認股權證所附之全部認購權
總額之百分之十,而上述之批准應以此
為限;及

就本決議案而言:
「有關期間」指由通過本決議案之日起至
下列三者之較早日期為止之期間:

which may be purchased by the Directors of the

subscription rights attached to all warrants of the Company outstanding at the date of passing this Resolution and the said approval shall be limited accordingly; and
for the purposes of this Resolution : -
"Relevant Period" means the period from the
passing of the Resolution until whichever is the
earliest of : -
