劉慕基先生,MBA,AASA,CPA(Aust.),FHKSA,MHKIM,MSHREA,ACIArb,五十四歲,於一九八九年加入本 公司,並於一九九零年獲委任為地產部董事兼總經理。彼具備超過二十年從事地產及建築行業之經驗。在加入本公司前, 彼為香港一間上市公司之總經理。此外,由一九八八年開始,劉先生被香港房屋委員會委任為九龍城寨遷拆評估覆核組 之委員。劉先生亦為香港物業管理公司協會理事兼義務司庫,又於一九九六年被香港會計師公會會長委任為會計師大使。
Mr. Lau Mo Kaye, Francis, MBA, AASA, CPA(Aust.),FHKSA, MHKIM, MSHREA, ACIArb, aged 54, joined the Company in 1989 and was appointed General Manager and Director of the Property Division in 1990. Mr. Lau has over 20 years of working experience in the property and construction industries. He was the General Manager of a listed company before he joined the Company. Mr. Lau has been a serving Panel Member of the Assessment Review Board - Clearance of Kowloon Walled City of the
Hong Kong Housing Authority since 1988. He is also a council member and the Honorary Treasurer of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies. He was appointed an Executive Accountant Ambassador by the President of the
Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1996.

He joined the Company in 1992 and has over 9 years of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate advisory services. He is also the Group Accounting Manager of the Company.

林慶森先生,BSc,ACIB,四十六歲,於一九九五年加入本公司。一九九六年獲委任為本公司策劃及市場拓展部總經理, 並於同年十二月兼任為船廠董事及總經理。彼具備超過二十三年從事銀行、金融、中國貿易及行政管理之經驗。
Mr. Ling Chen Shen, Peter, BSc, ACIB, aged 46, joined the Company in 1995 and was appointed General Manager of the Planning & Marketing Department of the Company in 1996. In December 1996, he was also appointed Director and General Manager of the Shipyard Division. He has over 23 years of experience in banking, finance, China trade and general management.
