何志盛先生,MBA,FCIT,MRAPI,MIHT,ACIArb,四十歲,於一九八零年加入本公司,並於一九九六年一月一日 榮升為集團總經理。彼具備超過十七年從事渡輪業務的經驗。同時,何先生在一九九一年被委任為臨時本地船隻諮詢委
員會成員,代表渡輪行業。彼亦為英國特許香港運輸學會1995-1996及1996-1997年度之主席。何先生由一九九五年六月 二十日起,獲任命為香港工業總會理事會之理事及由一九九六年二月十五日起,被任命為Hong Kong Port Operations Committee之委員,兩者任期均為兩年。
Mr. Ho Chi Shing, David, MBA, FCIT, MRAPI, MIHT, ACIArb, aged 40. joined the Company in 1980 and was promoted to Group
General Manager on 1 January 1996. He has over 17 years of experience in ferry operations. Mr. Ho was appointed as a member
of the Provisional Local Vessel Advisory Committee in 1991, representing the ferry industry. He is also Chairman of the
Chartered Institute of Transport in Hong Kong for 1995-1996 and 1996-1997. Mr. Ho was also appointed as a member of the
General Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries with effect from 20 June 1995 and as a member of the Hong Kong
Port Operations Committee with effect from 15 February 1996, both for a term of two years.
何燕珊小姐

何燕珊小姐,MAQAB,PDBS,三十一歲,於一九八九年加入本公司,並於一九九六年榮升為貿易部總經理。彼具備超
過八年從事貿易、批發及零售行業之經驗。
Ms. Ho Yin Shan, Brenda, MAQAB, PDBS、 aged 31, joined the Company in 1989 and was promoted to General Manager of the
Trading Division in 1996. She has over 8 years of experience in trading, wholesaling and retailing businesses.
黎汝洪先生

黎汝洪先生,三十八歲,於一九七七年加入本公司,並於一九九三年榮升為旅遊部總經理。彼具備超過二十年從事旅遊 行業之經驗。亦為註冊旅遊聯絡員協會之主席及香港中國旅遊協會常務理事。
Mr. Lai Yu Hung, Francis, aged 38, joined the Company in 1977 and was promoted to General Manager of the Travel Division in 1993. He has more than 20 years of experience in the travel business. Mr. Lai is also a Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Registered Tour Co-ordinators (HARTCO) and an Executive Director of Hong Kong Association of China Travel Organizers
Limited (HACTO).
