劉慕基先生,MBA,AASA, CPA(Aust.),FHKSA, MHKIM,MSHREA,ACIArb,五十三歲,於一九八九 年加入本公司,並於一九九零年榮升為總經理及獲委任 為地產部董事。彼具備超過二十年從事地產及建築行業 之經驗。在加入本公司前,彼為香港一間上市公司之總 經理。此外,由一九八八年開始,劉先生被香港房屋委 員會委任為九龍城寨遷拆評估覆核組之委員。
林慶森先生,BSc, ACIB,四十五歲,於一九九五年加 入本集團,並於一九九六年獲委任為本公司策劃及市場 拓展部總經理。彼具備超過二十二年從事銀行、金融、 中國貿易及行政管理之經驗。
羅嘉濬先生,BSE,MSNAME,四十四歲,船廠總經 理。彼於一九八零年加入本集團,並於一九八六年獲委 任為船廠董事。彼具備超過二十一年從事造船及船隻維 修經驗。
Mr. Lau Mo Kaye, Francis, MBA, AASA, CPA (Aust.),FHKSA, MHKIM, MSHREA, ACIArb, aged 53, joined the Company in 1989 and was appointed as General Manager and Director of Property Division in 1990. Mr. Lau has over 20 years of working experience in the property and construction industries. He was a General Manager of a listed company before he joined the Company. Mr. Lau is also a serving Panel Member of the Assessment Review Board Clearance of Kowloon Walled City of the Hong Kong Housing Authority since 1988.

Mr. Ling Chen Shen, Peter, BSc, ACIB, aged 45, joined the Group in 1995 and was appointed as the General Manager of the
Planning & Marketing Department of the Company since 1996. He has over 22 years of experience in banking, finance, China trade and general management.
Mr. Lo Ka Chun, Brian, BSE, MSNAME, aged 44, is the General Manager of Shipyard Division. He joined the Group in 1980 and was
appointed as Director of Shipyard Division in 1986. He has over 21
years of experience in shipbuilding and ship-repairing businesses.
