何志盛先生,MBA,FCIT,MRAPI,MIHT,ACIArb, 三十九歲,於一九八零年加入本集團,並於一九九六年 一月一日榮升為集團總經理。彼具備超過十六年從事渡 輪業務的經驗。同時,何先生在一九九一年被委任為臨 時本地船隻諮詢委員會成員,代表渡輪行業。彼亦為英 國特許香港運輸學會1995-1996年度之主席。何先生由 一九九五年六月二十日起,獲任命為香港工業總會理事 會之理事及由一九九六年二月十五日起,被任命為Hong Kong Port Operations Committee之委員,兩者任期均 為兩年。
羅福全先生,FCCA,FHKSA,三十五歲,本公司之稽 核部經理。彼於一九八九年加入本公司。
廖雅英小姐,FCIS, FCS,三十五歲,本公司之公司秘 書。彼於一九九四年一月加入本公司,並具備超過十四 年之公司秘書工作經驗。彼由一九九六年一月起被香港 公司秘書公會委任為其公司秘書組之委員。
譚錦茂先生,MBA,三十七歲,本公司之集團行政及資 訊總監。彼於一九九五年從新加入本公司,在此之前, 譚先生從事電腦及行政工作十五年,其中超過十年亦是 在本公司任職,曾出任電腦部經理及船務部助理總經理 之職。
謝全志先生,MBA,四十二歲,於一九九二年九月出任 本公司財務總監。謝先生曾在香港及海外工作。彼具備 逾十五年之會計、公司財務及公司發展工作經驗。
余松基先生,MIOSH,MASSE,MIIRSM,MBIM,六 十歲,本公司之集團安全稽核及法律顧問。彼於一九九 二年加入本公司,並具備超過三十年從事人事、行政、 工業安全及管理之經驗。亦為職業訓練局商船海員訓練 委員會之會員。
Mr. Ho Chi Shing, David, MBA, FCIT, MRAPI, MIHT, ACIArb, aged 39, joined the Group in 1980 and was promoted to Group General Manager since 1 January 1996. He has over 16 years of experience in ferry operations. Mr. Ho was appointed as a member of the Provisional Local Vessel Advisory Committee in 1991, representing the ferry industry. He is also Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Transport in Hong Kong (1995-1996). Mr. Ho was also
appointed as a member of the General Committee of the Federation
of Hong Kong Industries from 20 June 1995 and as a member of the Hong Kong Port Operations Committee with effect from 15 February 1996, both for a term of two years.
Mr. Law Fuk Chuen, Ford, FCCA, FHKSA, aged 35, is the Internal Audit Manager of the Company. He joined the Company in 1989.
Ms. Liu Ah Ying, Kelly, FCIS, FCS, aged 35, has been the Company Secretary of the Company since January 1994. She has over 14 years of experience in company secretarial administration. She was appointed as a member of the Company Secretaries Panel of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries with effect from January 1996.
Mr. Tam Kam Mau, Edward, MBA, aged 37, is the Corporate Administration & Information Officer of the Company. He re-joined the Company in 1995. Before joining the Company, he worked in the computer and management fields for 15 years. Previously, he had also served in this Company for more than 10 years as EDP Manager and Assistant General Manager of Ferry Operations Division.
Mr. Tse Chuen Chi, Pollux, MBA, aged 42, has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since September 1992. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and corporate development in Hong Kong and overseas.
Mr. Yu Chung Ki, MIOSH, MASSE, MIIRSM, MBIM, aged 60, is the Group Safety Auditor and Legal Advisor of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in personnel, administration, industrial safety and general management work. Mr. Yu is also a serving member of The Merchant Navy Training Board of The Vocational Training Council.
何燕珊小姐,MAQAB, PDBS,三十歲,於一九八九年 加入本集團,並於一九九六年榮升為貿易部總經理。彼 具備超過七年從事貿易、批發及零售行業之經驗。
黎汝洪先生,三十七歲,於一九七七年加入本集團,並 於一九九三年榮升為旅遊部總經理。彼具備超過十九年 從事旅遊行業之經驗。亦為註冊旅遊聯絡員協會之主席 及香港中國旅遊協會常務理事。
Ms. Ho Yin Shan, Brenda, MAQAB, PDBS, aged 30, joined the Group in 1989 and was promoted to General Manager of Trading Division since 1996. She has over 7 years of experience in trading, wholesaling and retailing businesses.
Mr. Lai Yu Hung, Francis, aged 37, joined the Company in 1977 and was promoted to General Manager of Travel Division since 1993. He has more than 19 years of experience in travel business. Mr. Lai is also a Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Registered Tour Co-ordinators (HARTCO) and an Executive Director of Hong Kong Association of China Travel Organizers Limited (HACTO).
