羅福全先生, FCCA,FHKSA,三十四歲,本公司 之稽核部經理。彼於一九八九年加入本公司,在此之 前,羅先生從事會計及核數工作超過八年。

余松基先生, MIOSH, MASSE, MIIRSM MBIM,五十九歲,本公司之集團行政總監。彼於一 九九二年加入本公司,並具備超過三十年從事人事、 行政,工業安全及管理之經驗。亦為職業訓練局商船 海員訓練委員會之會員。
劉慕基先生, MBA, AASA, CPA(Aust.), FHKSA,MHKIM,MSHREA,ACIArb,五十 二歲,於一九八九年加入本公司,並於一九九零年榮 升為總經理及獲委任為地產部董事。彼具備超過二十 年從事地產及建築行業之經驗。在加入本公司前,彼 為香港一間上市公司之總經理。此外,由一九八八年 起,劉先生被香港房屋協會委任為九龍城寨遷拆評估 覆核組之委員。
何志盛先生, MBA, FCIT,MRAPI, MIHT, ACIArb,三十八歲,於一九八零年加入本集團並於 一九八九年榮升為船務部總經理。彼具備超過十五年 從事渡輪業務的經驗。同時,何先生在一九九一年被 委任為臨時本地船隻諮詢委員會成員,代表渡輪行 業。彼亦為首位英國特許香港運輸學會之副主席。
羅家濬先生,BSE,MSNAME,四十三歲,船廠總 經理。彼於一九八零年加入本集團並於一九八六年獲 委任為船廠董事。彼具備超過十九年從事造船及船隻 維修經驗。
羅錦榮先生,四十四歲,於一九七零年加入本集團, 並於一九八九年榮升為貿易部總經理。彼具備超過十 九年從事貿易,批發及零售行業之經驗。
黎汝洪先生,三十七歲,於一九七七年加入本集團, 並於一九九三年榮升為旅遊部總經理。彼具備超過十 八年從事旅遊行業之經驗。亦為註冊旅遊聯絡員協會 之副主席及香港中國旅遊協會常務理事。
Mr. Law Fuk Chuen, Ford, FCCA, FHKSA, aged 34, is the Internal Audit Manager of the Company, He joined the Company in 1989. Before joining the Company, he worked in the accounts and audit fields for more than 8 years.
Mr. Yu Chung Ki, MIOSH, MASSE, MIIRSM, MBIM, aged 59, is the Corporate Administrative Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in personnel, administration, industrial safety and general management work. Mr. Yu is also a serving member of The Merchant Navy Training Board of The Vocational Training Council.
Mr. Lau Mo Kaye, Francis, MBA, AASA, CPA(Aust.), FHKSA, MHKIM, MSHREA, ACIArb, aged 52, joined the Company in
1989 and was appointed as General Manager and Director of Property Division in 1990. Mr. Lau has over 20 years of working experience in the property and construction industries. He was a General Manager of a listed company before he joined the Company. Mr. Lau is also a serving Panel Member of the Assessment Review Board-Clearance of Kowloon Walled City of the Hong Kong Housing Authority since 1988.
Mr. Ho Chi Shing, David, MBA, FCIT, MRAPI, MIHT, ACIArb, aged 38, joined the Group in 1980 and was promoted to General Manager of Ferry Operations Division in 1989. He has over 15 years of experience in ferry operations. Mr. Ho was appointed as member of Provisional Local Vessel Advisory Committee in 1991, representing the ferry industry.
He is also the first Vice-Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Transport in Hong Kong.
Mr. Lo Ka Chun,Brian,BSE, MSNAME, aged 43, is the General Manager of Shipyard Division. He joined the Group in 1980 and was appointed as Director of Shipyard Division in 1986. He has over 19 years of experience in shipbuilding and ship-repairing businesses.
Mr. Lo Kam Wing, aged 44, joined the Group in 1970 and was promoted to General Manager of Trading Division in 1989. He has over 19 years of experience in trading, wholesaling and retailing businesses.
Mr. Lai Yu Hung, Francis, aged 37, joined the Group in 1977 and was promoted to General Manager of Travel Division in 1993. He has more than 18 years of experience in travel business. Mr. Lai is also a Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong
Association of Registered Tour Co-ordinators (HARTCO) and
an Executive Director of Hong Kong Association of China Travel Organizers Limited (HACTO).
