吳樹熾博士,CBE,JP, LLD,FBIM,FIOP, FInst D,七十四歲,於一九七六年四月二十四日被委 任,乃本公司獨立非執行董事。彼現為大日本印刷香 港)有限公司之副主席,亦身為多間於香港上市之發 展,印刷及機械工程有限公司之董事。

廖雅英小姐,FCIS,三十四歲,本公司之公司秘 書。彼於一九九四年加入本公司。並具備超過十三年 之公司秘書工作經驗。負責本集團之公司秘書事務 並協助行政總裁處理本集團之公司事務。
Mr. Li Ning,B.Sc, MBA, aged 38, appointed on 20 October, 1989, is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is an Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited ("Henderson Land") and Henderson Investment Limited (“Henderson Investment"). Both Henderson Land and
Henderson Investment have discloseable interests under the provisions of Part II of the Securities (Disclosure of Interests) Ordinance in the Company. Mr. Li is the son-in-law of Dr. Lee
Shau Kee, a Director of the Company.
Dr. Wu Shu Chih, Alex, CBE, JP, LLD, FBIM, FIOP, FInst D aged 74, appointed on 24 April, 1976, is an Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company. He is Vice-Chairman of Dai Nippon Printing Company (HK) Limited and holds

Mr. Tse Chuen Chi, Pollux, MBA, aged 41, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992. He assists the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the control of finance, accounting and EDP functions of the Group. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tse was a senior executive with a listed company engaged in corporate finance and development for 10 years.
Ms. Liu Ah Ying, Kelly,FCIS, aged 34, is the Company Secretary. She joined the Company in 1994. She has over 13 years of experience in company secretarial administration. She manages the Group's company secretarial functions and assists
the Chief Executive Officer in overall management of corporate affairs of the Group.
